Proudly working in partnership with Burns Beach Primary School, Care for Kids OSHC, Burns Beach is here to support families with reliable care before, after, and beyond the school day.
We offer Before School Care, After School Care, Vacation Care, and care on Pupil Free Days, so you can feel confident your child is supported in a safe, familiar, and welcoming environment whenever school isn’t in session.
Our qualified and caring educators take the time to get to know each child, focusing on their wellbeing, inclusion, and individual needs. We aim to create a space where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to be, while giving families peace of mind that their children are in good hands.

Hi there! my name is Olivia and I have the pleasure of being the OSHC Manager at Burns Beach OSHC.
I’ve been part of the Care for Kids OSHC team since 2024 and now have the privilege of being at Burns Beach OSHC since our opening in February 2026. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I feel beyond grateful to be part of such a supportive school community.
I am truly passionate about creating inclusive environments where every child feels a sense of belonging. In my care, children are safe, comfortable, and free to be themselves as they learn and grow. It is one of my greatest pleasures to see children in my care blossom into creative, kind and compassionate little people.
At Burns Beach Out of Hours School Care we aim to create an environment that feels like a second home, where children are free to learn, grow and explore. Our team is committed to creating a strong bond with each child in our care, leading to children who have secure relationships with our educators where they know their voices will be heard and they will always be seen.
I am so looking forward to welcoming your family into our service and making an impact in your little one’s childhood and supporting them as they grow into amazing humans!

Our Vacation Care program provides a safe, exciting, and enriching environment for school-aged children during the school holidays. Designed to keep children active, social, and engaged, our holiday programs are filled with creative activities, themed days, games, and special experiences that make every break from school something to look forward to.

Nourished Beginnings
Healthy Meals & Nutrition
At Care for Kids, we provide nourishing, whole food meals to support children’s health and development. We partner with Nourished Beginnings, a Perth-based early childhood nutrition specialist, to deliver carefully planned menus using fresh ingredients with minimal processing, additives and added sugar.
Our whole food approach helps children develop a positive relationship with food by understanding where it comes from and the nourishment it provides. While ingredients may occasionally vary due to availability, we always ensure meals align as closely as possible with our healthy nutrition principles.

Service FAQs
Who can attend Burns Beach OSHC?
Our OSHC program is available exclusively to students enrolled at Burns Beach Primary School.
What food is provided at OSHC?
Each day, we provide children with a healthy afternoon tea that is low in sugar and preservatives.
Children also have access to a “bottomless” fruit bowl throughout the session if they would like an extra snack.
During Vacation Care and Pupil Free Days, a nutritious morning tea is also included.
Do you provide care on pupil free days?
Yes, we work closely with the school to offer care on pupil free days (excluding public holidays), ensuring families have access to consistent care when school is not in session.
