Thank you to Jemma Lee, she has been incredible at overseeing the Care of the Kids OSHC. In addition, my son has come to really enjoy the company of James, which helps get him to OSHC. This morning, my son wanted to go to OSHC to see James, even though he wasn't booked in. The fact that he's asking to attend extra just to be around James tells me that James builds great relationships with the children, and we really appreciate that. Thank you both for the positive impact you have on the kids.

We absolutely recommend Care for Kids. From day 1, the team was communicative - sending updates after any tough drop offs, very diligent with gates and security, and always offering such a wide range of games and activities to suit even the kindy age kids through to older. We love that they have so many different outdoor opportunities also throughout the year with sports, water play and playground use. Any administrative requests we have had we also get quick feedback and just generally have had such a positive experience. Thanks Olivia and team!

They have been absolutely amazing in helping my child adjust and transition to Care for Kids, and I can already see how amazing your service is compared to the previous! Madi being such an amazing leader as well as a kind educator who builds strong relationships fast has definitely been a key part of him settling in as well.

Care for Kids has been an absolute breath of fresh air. The staff are fantastic, genuinely engaged with the children and always creating a wide range of fun, thoughtful activities. For the first time, my son actually wants to go to after-school care and vacation care, which says everything. Care for Kids OSHC Burns Beach has been an absolute lifesaver for my daughter and I. My daughter was extremely nervous about going into after-school care due to a negative experience with a previous provider, but Olivia and her team made the transition completely seamless. They treated her like family from day one, completely erasing her anxiety. The service is so much more than just a childcare provider; it’s a vibrant, safe, and organised environment where my daughter has truly thrived socially and emotionally. The programs and activities offered are incredibly creative and engaging, and the communication with parents is excellent. My son always begs to go to before / after school care, especially holiday care. You know the care is the best when your child loves to go.

My child is now 8 years old and attends East Hamersley OSHC. Since he started kindy I’ve had to put him in before and after school care - this has been a long ordeal for him since he was so young and I empathise with him the long day. As I am a nurse and work early shifts this is our only option. Since enrolling my son into the East Hamersley after school program he has been so enthusiastic about going, when I collect him he begs me to stay longer because his friends are also there. He also reported to me that he enjoys the school care program so much because they are allowed to have free play and eat whenever they want to, they aren’t forced to sit down and eat in a structured way like he’s experienced at other places. He loves attending the after school program he loves the environment, the kids and educators. The educators are so friendly and professional and I really appreciate their efforts. I never worry when my son is at the after school as I know he will always be enjoying himself and having the best time. Thanks so much for all the team do.

We couldn't be happier with the vacation care provided by OSHC. The kids have loved the different activities and are happy to go back every day.  The staff are fantastic, caring, kind and they sent a daily update on how the kids were getting on. I am very grateful that Care for Kids started at Burns Beach Primary School this year. The educators are warm, patient and caring and they are led by an approachable and communicative centre manager. Little touches like photos, the weekly newsletter and asking my child what he enjoys doing are really appreciated as a parent. There are always a variety of inside and outside activities to enjoy and I feel comforted knowing my child is in a safe and nurturing environment.

Goollelal OSHC has been a fantastic choice for our son during vacation care. He genuinely looks forward to attending and always comes home happy and engaged after a day filled with a variety of fun activities and regular excursions. What really stands out is how supportive and flexible the educators are. They consistently encourage his enthusiasm and are always happy to involve him when he wants to lend a hand. My son has been going to Duncraig Care for Kids OSHC for just over a year now, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. We moved from the UK, so I was quite worried about how he would settle in with such a big change, but he settled in really well and quickly felt comfortable there. All of the girls are incredibly welcoming and caring, and he gets along so well with everyone there, especially Jess, Olivia, and Indy. The centre has such a great atmosphere and always feels fun and positive. The staff go above and beyond, and my son loves all the different activities they organise - especially the vacation care program. It really puts me at ease knowing he is surrounded by such wonderful staff who genuinely care. Most importantly, he absolutely loves going there. We’re always greeted with big smiles at both drop-off and pick-up, which says it all.

Thanks for being my villiage for before, after and holiday care. He always has a great time and made lasting friendships.

Dear Care for Kids Staff, Yesterday you told me that my boy is adored by you all, and it truly warmed my heart. So today we wanted to share just how much you already mean to us. My boy LOVES OSHC. He wishes every school day was an OSHC day, and every OSHC day he tells me I have to let him stay there for a LONG time. In the first week, I brought him by for a visit so he could see where he'd be going after school- and I couldn't get him to leave! From the very beginning, he was taken under your wings. The quirky character you're all getting to know is only coming out because he feels safe and nurtured. You are an amazing group of people. I genuinely couldn't have hoped for anyone better to be caring for our boy. It's hard to put into words what makes it so special- especially when I only see about 10 minutes of it each week- but it's a feeling. It's what I feel when I come to the gate. What I feel when I see his beaming smile. What I feel when I see you all having a good time engaged with the kids and each other. It's a feeling that everything is just right-and that comes back to each of you. I’m already endlessly grateful for the care, energy, and joy you bring to my boy and all the other kids. Thank you for everything you do- you've already made such a beautiful impact on our little boy.

In particular, I’d love to acknowledge Kelly and Maia, Isla’s current educators. They are absolutely amazing, and we feel very lucky to have them supporting her. We’ve had such a positive experience at Care for Kids Kingsley and often speak highly of the centre to others. It’s been so lovely seeing all the educational activities Isla is involved in through the Storypark updates. I am extremely happy with the care provided to my children. They truly enjoy every moment they spend there and always come home with happy smiles and full of stories. The staff are incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, they make sure they also follow all laws in any aspect. That gives me great peace of mind as a parent. We’ve been really happy with how things have been running. The centre has been clean and well organised every day, and it’s been great to see the facilities kept so tidy. The educators have been fantastic - friendly, caring, and genuinely involved with the kids. It’s lovely to see them playing with the children, keeping them engaged, and making sure everyone feels safe and included. We also really appreciated the strong focus on safety and supervision, including maintaining the right number of educators for the children at all times. The healthy food and snacks throughout the day have been another big plus. The vacation care program itself has been excellent, with a great range of fun activities that suited kids of all ages. Our child has really enjoyed attending and looked forward to each day.
