Proudly working in partnership with Clarkson Primary School, Care for Kids OSHC, Clarkson is here to support families with reliable care before, after, and beyond the school day.
We offer Before School Care, After School Care, Vacation Care, and care on Pupil Free Days, so you can feel confident your child is supported in a safe, familiar, and welcoming environment whenever school isn’t in session.
Our qualified and caring educators take the time to get to know each child, focusing on their wellbeing, inclusion, and individual needs. We aim to create a space where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to be, while giving families peace of mind that their children are in good hands.

Hi, I’m Nancy, and I’m the OSHC Manager at Care for Kids OSHC at Clarkson Primary School!
I have been working in the Outside School Hours Care environment for five years and began my journey with Care for Kids in April 2025 as an OSHC Manager and educator.
As someone who attended daycare when I was younger, I understand that sometimes all children want is to go home after a long day. That’s why creating a welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and able to learn and have fun is something that is very important to me.
I love incorporating each child’s interests, strengths, and curiosity into our monthly before and after school programs and seasonal vacation care programs. Seeing children enjoy both planned and spontaneous activities, especially when they are based on their interests or encourage them to try something new, brings me so much joy. It’s even more rewarding watching them build strong friendships with their peers and positive relationships with our educators.
I’m excited to continue creating a positive, safe environment where children can learn through play, explore their creativity, and have lots of fun.
If you ever see me around the school, you’ll most likely find me smiling and ready to say hello!

Nourished Beginnings
Healthy Meals & Nutrition
At Care for Kids, we provide nourishing, whole food meals to support children’s health and development. We partner with Nourished Beginnings, a Perth-based early childhood nutrition specialist, to deliver carefully planned menus using fresh ingredients with minimal processing, additives and added sugar.
Our whole food approach helps children develop a positive relationship with food by understanding where it comes from and the nourishment it provides. While ingredients may occasionally vary due to availability, we always ensure meals align as closely as possible with our healthy nutrition principles.

Service FAQs
Who can attend Clarkson OSHC?
Our OSHC program is available exclusively to students enrolled at Clarkson Primary School.
What food is provided at OSHC?
Each day, we provide children with a healthy afternoon tea that is low in sugar and preservatives.
Children also have access to a “bottomless” fruit bowl throughout the session if they would like an extra snack.
During Vacation Care and Pupil Free Days, a nutritious morning tea is also included.
Do you provide care on pupil free days?
Yes, we work closely with the school to offer care on pupil free days (excluding public holidays), ensuring families have access to consistent care when school is not in session.
