Centre Manager

Megan
Hi, I’m Megan the Centre Manager for Care for Kids Morley. I have been working in the early childhood industry since 1994.
Achieving my Associate Diploma in Social Science, I began my career in Adelaide as a Qualified Educator, leading a Babies and a 2 to 5-year-old room.
I moved to Perth in 1999 and was given the opportunity to advance my career and become a Centre Manager.
As a Centre Manager, I love seeing children within my service become capable and competent learners.
I enjoy seeing my Educators build relationships with all children and also use their knowledge to empower the children to be capable and competent learners.
Still passionate about the early childhood industry, I completed my Certificate IV in Assessment and Training and became a Trainer in 2012.
I trained students to complete their Certificate III, IV and Diploma’s in Early Childhood.
My strong passion is for building relationships with the children, families, surrounding communities and Educators in the early childhood sector made for my return as a Centre Manager in 2017.
I believe all families have the right to feel safe, secure and supported – that all children are given the opportunity to experience education which allows them to question, challenge and concur through play and providing them with a rich emotional bank and a sense of belonging.
I love my job, I love the relationships I build with my families, children and Educators.
Morley Care for Kids is a lovely centre with fantastic Educators. My staff are passionate, dedicated and valued members of the service.
We would love for you to join our family.

Nourished Beginnings
Healthy Meals & Nutrition
At Care for Kids, we provide nourishing, whole food meals to support children’s health and development. We partner with Nourished Beginnings, a Perth-based early childhood nutrition specialist, to deliver carefully planned menus using fresh ingredients with minimal processing, additives and added sugar.
Our whole food approach helps children develop a positive relationship with food by understanding where it comes from and the nourishment it provides. While ingredients may occasionally vary due to availability, we always ensure meals align as closely as possible with our healthy nutrition principles.
