Meet Jemma, Care for Kids OSHC Manager
Hi! my name is Jemma. Over the past 13 years I have enjoyed working in the early childhood industry starting in high school studying my certificate 2 and having an afterschool job to gain experience and in doing so gaining qualifications and knowledge that has led me into the leadership path as and OSHC manager.
I am a firm believer in the Reggio Emilia approach to Early Childhood Education. Every child is encouraged to explore and express themselves in a variety of different ways. As a educator I bring so much joy, laughter and a caring personality to the children and Educators working alongside me.
