Meet Jasmine, the Centre Manager

Hello, my name is Jasmine, and I am the Centre Manager at Care for Kids School of Early Learning Banksia Grove.

I have been passionate about Early Childhood Education for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I always found myself drawn to working with children. This passion led me to pursue a career in Early Childhood Education. I started my Early Years learning journey at Care for Kids in 2020, where I had the opportunity to work closely with the Toddlers and Tiny Tots.

My approach to Early Childhood Education is deeply rooted in the belief that every child is unique and deserves a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment to explore their potential. I firmly believe that the Early Years are the foundation for a child’s lifelong learning and development. Every child has their own interests, strengths, and pace of development. I am committed to fostering an environment that celebrates and supports each child’s individuality. I want our Centre to feel like a second home for your child, a place where they feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Building strong, trusting relationships with each child and family is my top priority.

I am a firm believer in the Reggio Emilia approach to Early Childhood Education. Children are viewed as active participants in their own learning. They are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and express themselves in a variety of ways. Observing and documenting children’s work and progress is key to understanding their development and planning future activities.

I believe in the power of community; and diversity enriches our community. By fostering open communication and collaboration between families and educators, we can create a supportive network that enhances each child’s growth and development.

I am eager to get to know each of you and your child. Your insights, feedback, and collaboration are invaluable to me. I want to hear your stories, understand your needs, and work together to create the best possible experience for your child.
