Meet Bryanne, Care for Kids OSHC Manager
I have dedicated the past nine years to working in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), with the last five years spent at Care for Kids.
Throughout this time, I have consistently embodied a philosophy centred around the belief that each child is an individual.
As an educator, I am committed to valuing and nurturing each child’s unique strengths, skills, abilities, interests, and knowledge. I believe in extending their learning through a balance of child-led activities and a structured environment.
I attribute much of my growth and development to the fantastic team of educators at Care for Kids, whose support and collaboration have been instrumental in shaping my approach and experience in the field.
