Meet Nicole, the Centre Manager
Hi I’m Nicole. I have over 10 years’ experience working in early childhood education. I started my journey working after completing my certificate 3 at Tafe and after 5 years I began my diploma and was promoted to centre manager – combining my passions of working with children and leading a team.
I have recently joined the Care for Kids team here at Mosman Park; after living in NSW my whole life I was looking for a big change and moved myself to Perth in late 2024! I enjoy traveling around visiting beaches, reading, cooking and spending time with my dog.
I believe educators are an extension of the family and are an important part of the village in raising children. It is important for us to build strong relationships with families as we nurture their children in our care for their early years. I have a passion for working with children as they find their place in the world, and learning their strengths, dislikes and develop into their own little personalities. I love being the person that children come to during the day, to share their achievements, emotions, and time. Working with children can be a challenge but the reward of the job is the best feeling!
I believe that educators are growing and learning just as much as children are in the environment and I am always looking for ways to help build and lead a strong team to success.
I look forward to getting to know your child and family, as they embark on their learning journey and spread their wings here at Care for Kids.
