My journey in working with children began with babysitting and tutoring.

Each time I had the opportunity to care for and support children, I found myself eagerly anticipating those moments.

This growing enthusiasm led me to pursue a Bachelor in Education at Edith Cowan University, where I am able to further my skills and knowledge.

I am drawn to the role of OSHC Manager because of my commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment. Throughout my own schooling, I experienced minimal diversity among educators, which highlighted for me the value of representation and varied perspectives in educational settings.

With my cultural background, I bring a unique perspective that I believe can enrich the program and better connect with the diverse needs of the children and families.

My teaching philosophy centres on creating a positive and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to thrive.

I am passionate about creating an environment where all children feel seen and supported, and where cultural differences are celebrated and incorporated into everyday learning.

My aim is to ensure that every child experiences a sense of belonging and has the opportunity to thrive in a setting that values and reflects their diverse identities.
